Ernie came over right away when I called him because my hot water tank broke. He gave me a competitive price on the tank and by the time we ended the conversation I asked him to completely remove all of my cottage plumbing and replace the shower taps. He seemed very interested and honest. I gave him access to the cottage and asked him to send me a detailed estimate. I had to return home. The next day I got the estimate and it was pretty much what he thought it would be. I gave him the green light and by the time I returned 3 weeks later the work was all done. I only wish I had met Ernie earlier because the 30 year old cottage is better than new and up to code. Don’t hesitate to call Ernie You can’t beat the quality and value and you will be dealing with a likeable and honest guy. He guaranteed I would be happy and I am!

Ernie responded to my inquiry very promptly while questioning whether he had gotten back to me quickly enough. This is a true indication of his concern for customer service. He fixed a kitchen sink that had ongoing drainage problems complicated by a leak that had developed behind the wall. Previous plumbers had spent hours clearing the blockage but their efforts proved to be temporary. In less time than taken by the previous plumbers, Ernie correctly resized and replaced the drain lines and properly sloped them. The extent to which these pipes were still blocked fully supported his decision to replace them. Ernie stated that he stands behind his work and I sincerely believe that if we had any issue related to his work he would respond promptly quickly and effectively. Ernie is a rare find - responsive, competent, effective and caring. I wish we had engaged him sooner.

I was dealing with a water pump which wasn't working. I assumed the pump needed to be replaced. Ernie diagnosed a faulty pressure switch. He also fixed the filler valve in the toilet. He performed only the work needed when he easily could have made a far costlier repair. He was friendly and focused and gave very prompt service.

Needed an emergency repair done. Called them and Ernie was here the bright and early the next day. Fixed the problem quickly and we have water! Would recommend Ernie for any plumbing issues.
